Weddings
Create a unique package for your wedding and reception with the flexibility that the Hillside Hall and Meadow provide. Choose from several special locations under the canopy of the black willow grove for your ceremony, continue outside for your reception, or move inside to the circa 1920’s hall for dining and dancing. Utilize our recently added 33 x 50 stretch tent in your planning to expand your space and opportunities for your guest's enjoyment. The Hall can be your first choice for the ceremony and/or reception, or the back-up if Colorado weather suddenly takes a turn. Our on-site event venue coordinator will be available throughout your event to answer questions, assist with parking, ensure the venue meets your specifications and that your day is truly special.
Ceremony and Reception
Your wedding package includes: * private use of the facility * use of WVE tables and chairs including our staff setting up and tear down of chairs and tables * one hour rehearsal * on-site parking * venue coordination support throughout the entire wedding planning process * on-site support the day of the event. Wedding planning services can be purchased for an additional fee.
Time is inclusive of set-up and clean-up. Special arrangements can be made for the night before set-up, if space is available, for an additional charge of $150.00. Music and amplified sound must be turned off by 10 p.m. Monday-Thursday and by 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Ceremony Only
Our ceremony only services include: set-up and tear down of WVE chairs, use of the facility for a 3 hour time period, on-site parking, and a one hour rehearsal.
$975.00Our off peak-season is October 25 through May 15th, rental fees start at $3,800 but are subject to change. Please ask our Events Associate for details and pricing. The facilities are not available for rent Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
